Our Team

    The next Unified Board meeting is September 21^st at 7 pm via Zoom.

Church activities are managed through regular meetings of the Unified Board as well as the six standing committees of the Unified Board. The current Chair of the Board is Howard Rundle.

The Board meets at 7 pm by Zoom one evening (chosen by the Board at the previous meeting) in February, April, June, September, October, November and December. The standing committees meet at their convenience.

The Executive of the Board (Chairs of Committees) meets as needed at the call of the Chair.

The church’s Administrative Assistant, the Board’s chair and the chairs of the various committees prepare a report for each year (available upon request).

The six committees are:

• Spirituality (includes Christian Growth & Development as well as Membership & Visitation) – Chair, Mary-Ann Conn
• Ministry & Personnel – Chair, James Traquair
• Outreach & Social Justice – Chair, Diane Cuppels
• Stewardship – Chair, Howard Rundle, Treasurer, Janice Lewis
• Property – Chair, Ken Conn
• Trustees – Chair, Janice Lewis

Also, there are several subcommittees, including Rental, Accessibility, and Choral Scholarship Administration.

Ad hoc committees are formed as required.
